Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Solene massager. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Contact us first at santiagobsalas2006@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. We will send return instructions.
Return shipping

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship (usually within 24 hours of ordering).
